Are pets allowed?

 Pets are welcome when you are camping as long as they are always on a leash, and you, as the owner, must clean up after them. However, pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly cabins if you are staying in any of our cabins.

If I leave early can I get a refund?

Sorry, if you leave early, there is no refund.

If I am visiting someone who is camping do I have to pay?

An activity band is required if you are visiting and intend to use the facilities and participate in any activities. Please have your guest stop and pay a visitor fee at our Ranger Station.

 

If you are visiting just for coffee and have no intention of using the facilities, purchasing an activity band is unnecessary; simply stop at the Ranger Station and let us know.

Do you give refunds if it rains?

 Unfortunately, there are no refunds for the discomforts of nature. The fun continues regardless!

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

There is free Wi-Fi available for all campers. However, streaming Netflix (and other video sites) or downloading large files will affect the speed for you and everyone else in the campground, so limiting your use is encouraged.

Can I book online?

 YES YOU CAN!

  • If you need additional help booking a  campsite or cabin, please get in touch with us. Our online booking provider lets you pick a site or a cabin style. While we guarantee your chosen site or cabin type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location.
  • To book a cabin or campsite, you must pay a deposit. The cancellation policy is also on this page.
  • If you wish to pick a specific cabin or campsite at the time of reservation, we can do this, too. Just choose to lock in your chosen site or cabin. (Book & Lock) Lock (Site/Cabin): For these special requests, we charge $15.00 per reservation site to hold your specific request just for you, which is called a lock-in fee.
  • Group Reservations of more than three sites should be made by calling 1-888-225-7773 to save 50% of the lock-in fees.

Can I cancel / change my reservation online?

You may cancel your reservation online as per our cancellation policy. However, if you need to change your reservation, you must email us at fun@jellystonens.com to make a change (subject to availability), and if accommodated, a change fee will apply.
