1. Application of These Terms
These terms and conditions govern reservations, occupancy, use of the campground, use of accommodations and amenities, and the conduct of all guests, visitors, occupants, invitees, and pet owners while on the campground premises. By making or using a reservation, entering the campground, or remaining on the premises, each guest agrees to be bound by these terms, as amended from time to time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Seasonal and Operational Information
For booking and operational purposes, the campground observes the following seasonal designations: Low Season: May 8 to June 25 and August 31 to September 13; High Season: June 26 to August 30; Weekend: Friday and Saturday. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Campfires must be fully extinguished from 1:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
3. Reservations, Deposits, and Booking Rules
All reservations are subject to availability and the booking rules in effect when you book. Campsite reservations require a deposit equal to 75% of the booking amount. Cabin and trailer reservations require payment of 100% of the booking amount at the time of booking. By making a reservation, you authorize the campground to charge the payment method you provide for deposits, balances due, approved changes, cancellation fees, no-show charges, damage, extra cleaning, key replacement, pet-related charges, and any other valid amount owing under this policy. You are responsible for any chargeback, reversal, collection cost, or administrative cost arising from an improper payment dispute for a valid charge.
Reservations normally require a minimum stay of 2 nights. Long-weekend reservations normally require a minimum stay of 3 nights, unless we state otherwise. A request for a one-night stay must be sent by email at least 7 days before arrival and is subject to availability and approval.
Campsites and cabins may be booked through the campground’s authorized booking platform, subject to availability. If a site-lock or similar option is available and purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to honour the selected site or cabin. If no site-lock applies, we may change the assigned site or cabin as long as we provide the same accommodation type and core amenities. We may also relocate, substitute, shorten, suspend, or cancel a reservation, stay, activity, amenity, or service if reasonably necessary for safety, maintenance, repairs, weather, wildfire risk, smoke, flooding, emergency response, government order, utility interruption, staffing, overbooking correction, or other operational reasons beyond our reasonable control. If applicable law requires a refund or credit in those circumstances, we will provide it as required; otherwise, our obligation is limited to any remedy expressly stated in this policy.
Group bookings may be subject to separate procedures and may need to be arranged directly with the campground. Optional add-ons, specialty visits, storage arrangements, and event-related services are subject to availability, approval, and any applicable fees.
Unless we state otherwise, one vehicle is included with each campsite reservation. An extra vehicle may be allowed if space is available and any applicable fee is paid. Vehicles must be parked only in approved areas, including overflow parking where required.
The standard maximum occupancy for one campsite is 6 people, made up of one family with 2 adults and 4 children. If space, site size, and campground approval allow, and any extra-person fee is paid, we may permit up to 9 people on an approved site.
4. Before Arrival, Check-In, and Check-Out
Please review the park map, accommodation details, themed weekends, activity schedules, and any required equipment or participation information before you arrive. You are responsible for choosing a site or accommodation that suits your camping unit, occupancy needs, and service requirements. The campground does not provide an on-site sewer dump station unless we expressly say otherwise.
Check-in for campsites, cabins, and trailer rentals begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are not included with your reservation and are not guaranteed unless we confirm them in writing.
If you arrive before your site or accommodation is ready, you may check in at the Ranger Station and, if staff permit, use designated campground amenities while you wait. If you want to stay on the property after check-out, you must leave your site or accommodation by 11:00 a.m. and move your vehicle to overflow or another approved parking area, if staff allow it. During an emergency, evacuation, severe weather event, wildfire event, health and safety incident, or other urgent operational situation, all guests and visitors must immediately follow staff instructions, posted notices, and any order from emergency personnel or public authorities. We may enter a site or accommodation, without prior notice were reasonably necessary, to protect people, pets, property, utilities, or campground operations.
You must provide the information needed to complete check-in and pay any balance due at check-in unless your booking has already been paid in full. For cabins, trailers, pet-related arrangements, and certain activities, we may require a valid payment method, additional acknowledgment, waiver, or accommodation-specific form before check-in is complete. We may refuse check-in, limit occupancy, or require changes to vehicles, equipment, or site setup if they do not comply with campground rules, site limits, safety requirements, or the reservation details.
If a guest, child, dependant, or pet appears to need urgent medical, veterinary, welfare, or emergency assistance and the responsible guest cannot be reached in time, we may contact emergency responders, animal services, or another appropriate provider and take reasonable temporary steps to protect the person or animal until help is available. Except where the law requires otherwise, all resulting costs remain the responsibility of the guest connected to the reservation.
5. Guest Conduct, Visitors, and Supervision
All guests and visitors must act lawfully, safely, and respectfully at all times and must not disturb others. Harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or disruptive behaviour toward staff, guests, visitors, or campground operations is strictly prohibited, including conduct on social media or other public communications.
The campground reserves the right to issue warnings, restrict access, or remove any person without refund for serious or repeated violations.
Guests and visitors must follow all posted signs, safety notices, amenity rules, fire bans, and reasonable instructions from campground staff at all times. Parents, guardians, and supervising adults are fully responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of children and dependents in their care at all times.
Children and dependents must not enter another guest’s campsite, deck, patio, or personal area without permission. Minor guests must return to their registered campsite by 11:00 p.m., unless otherwise authorized.
Visitors may be required to register at the Ranger Station, pay applicable visitor fees, and comply with all entry procedures before using campground facilities or participating in activities.
6. Health, Safety, Assumption of Risk, and Site Use
Camping and recreational activities involve inherent risks, including outdoor conditions, weather, terrain, wildlife, recreational equipment, service interruptions, and the actions of other guests or visitors.
By entering or staying at the campground, you acknowledge and accept these risks to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campground, its owners, operators, managers, employees, and agents are not responsible for personal injury, illness, death, or loss of or damage to property arising from: – inherent risks of camping and outdoor activities; or – events beyond the campground’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for your acts and omissions, and those of all persons connected to your reservation, including guests, visitors, children, and pets. You agree to reimburse the campground for any loss, damage, claim, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
– Your use of the campground;
– Your breach of this policy; or
– The conduct of any person connected to your reservation.
The pool and related water amenities are unsupervised unless we clearly say otherwise. Children under 14 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool area. Any posted pool rules form part of this policy.
Bicycles used after dusk must have a working front light and rear reflector, and the rider must wear a properly fitted helmet. Bicycles must be used safely at all times.
All-terrain vehicles, dirt bikes, minibikes, four-wheelers, and other off-highway vehicles are not allowed anywhere on the campground unless management gives written permission.
You must not install or use outdoor surveillance devices, monitoring equipment, or security cameras at campsites, trailers, cabins, or other guest areas if they could record, monitor, or interfere with the privacy of other guests, staff, or visitors, unless we expressly authorize the device or the law requires it.
Wi-Fi or similar communication services, if offered, are provided only as a convenience and on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or high-speed service, and we may restrict bandwidth-intensive use at our discretion. Third-party providers, vendors, delivery services, or independent activity operators that may be available at or near the campground are not under our control unless we clearly say otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, interruptions, errors, cancellations, delays, or service failures of those third parties.
7. Smoking, Cannabis, Quiet Hours, and Fire Rules
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. During quiet hours, all guests must keep noise at a level that does not disturb others. Campfires must be fully extinguished from 1:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., and all fire use is subject to posted restrictions, fire bans, and staff direction.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in buildings or enclosed structures, including the Ranger Station, Recreation Hall, Bathhouse, cabins, and trailer rentals, unless we clearly designate a permitted area.
Cannabis smoking or consumption is not allowed anywhere on the campground property except in any area we specifically designate for that purpose. All guests must follow posted rules and applicable law regarding cannabis.
8. Pets and Pet Owner Responsibilities
Pets are permitted only if they remain under control at all times, are properly supervised, and do not disturb other guests, staff, or animals. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet (2 metres) unless otherwise permitted, and must not be left unattended outdoors at any campsite, accommodation, or common area.
Pet owners must promptly clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. Pets must not approach, interfere with, intimidate, or disturb other guests, staff, visitors, or animals without consent. Excessive barking, repeated disturbance, aggressive behaviour, or any other behaviour that affects the safety, comfort, or quiet enjoyment of others is not allowed.
Except as required by law for guide dogs, service dogs, or other protected assistance animals, pets are not allowed in the Ranger Station, Recreation Hall, washroom facilities, pool area, playground, mini golf area, jumping pillow area, food service or concession areas, or any other area marked “No Pets.”
Pets are only allowed in accommodations that we clearly designate as pet-friendly. If a pet is kept in a non-pet-friendly cabin or other unauthorized accommodation, we may charge cleaning, repair, deodorizing, pest treatment, administrative, and any other reasonable costs that result.
Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets at all times and accept all risks connected to bringing a pet onto the property, including illness, injury, escape, loss, or damage. If a pet bites, attacks, injures, or causes harm to a person, another animal, or property, the pet owner is solely responsible for all resulting costs, claims, losses, and expenses. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the campground is not responsible for incidents involving guest pets.
If a pet is dangerous, uncontrolled, or unsuitable, or if a guest fails to follow this pet policy, we may issue a warning, charge fees, require the pet’s immediate removal, end the guest’s stay, or require the guest to leave without a refund in the case of a serious, repeated, or unresolved breach.
If the campground offers pet boarding or pet care services, those services are voluntary, subject to availability. They may require advance confirmation, vaccination information, emergency contact details, and other conditions we communicate at the time of booking or use. Unless the law requires otherwise, use of that service remains at the pet owner’s risk, and the pet owner remains responsible for all related costs and claims.
If a pet appears to be in distress, abandoned, at risk, or creating an urgent safety or welfare concern, and the responsible guest cannot be reached promptly, we may contact animal services, a veterinarian, or another appropriate service provider and take reasonable temporary steps to protect the pet or others. Except where the law requires otherwise, all resulting costs remain the responsibility of the pet owner or the guest connected to the reservation.
9. Cabin, Trailer, and Accommodation Care
Cabins are non-smoking accommodations. You must return all cabin keys to the Ranger Station at check-out. A lost, missing, or unreturned key will result in a $24.00 replacement charge.
You must leave your cabin or other accommodation in a reasonably tidy condition, including removing personal belongings, food, garbage, and any pet-related items or waste. We will perform normal turnover cleaning, but we may charge you for extra cleaning, damage repair, deodorizing, smoke remediation, pest treatment, missing items, or other restorative work required because of your stay.
Any checkout checklist or accommodation-specific instructions posted in the unit or provided at check-in form part of this policy. The guest who makes the reservation is responsible for damage, extra cleaning, rule breaches, unpaid fees, and other valid charges caused by any occupant, visitor, child, dependant, or pet connected to that reservation.
Property left behind after check-out may be removed, stored, disposed of, or treated as abandoned if it is perishable, unsanitary, unsafe, or not claimed within a reasonable time. Unless the law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for left-behind property, and any packing, removal, storage, disposal, shipping, or handling costs may be charged to the guest connected to the reservation.
10. Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refund Limits
Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to this section and to any booking conditions in effect at the time the reservation was made. Any approved change is subject to availability, applicable fees, rate differences, and minimum-stay requirements.
Unless an online self-service option is expressly available through the booking provider, reservation changes and written cancellation requests must be sent by email.
Telephone calls, voicemail, text messages, and social media messages do not constitute valid notice.
A request is not effective until the campground confirms it in writing. Processing may take 3 to 5 business days.
A date change may be approved only if the new dates are in the same booking season and the number of nights and total reservation value stay the same, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Each approved date change is subject to a $15 administration fee plus applicable taxes.
If we receive a written cancellation more than 28 days before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time on the arrival date, we will issue a refund less the $15 administration fee and applicable taxes.
If we receive a written cancellation less than 48 hours before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time on the arrival date, a cancellation charge equal to 75% of the total reservation amount will apply, in addition to the $15 administration fee and applicable taxes.
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled in accordance with this policy, your reservation will be treated as a no-show. In that case, we will charge 100% of the total reservation amount, and no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided.
Camping is an outdoor recreational activity and involves conditions beyond the campground’s control. Except where required by applicable law, no refund, credit, rebate, or compensation will be provided for weather, smoke, insects, wildlife, road conditions, fire bans, service interruptions, evacuation orders, or any other natural or operational conditions, including voluntary early departure after check-in.
11. Photography and Privacy
When you enter the campground, you acknowledge that photos, video, or other recordings may be captured in public or common areas for lawful promotional, operational, security, or evidentiary purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you consent to incidental capture and reasonable use of those recordings without compensation, except where rights cannot legally be waived.

12. Enforcement and Our Rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campground may take reasonable action to enforce this policy, including issuing warnings, refusing entry, restricting access to amenities, reassigning sites, requiring corrective action, or charging valid fees or costs. Where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with this policy, the campground may remove any guest, visitor, vehicle, or pet from the property. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
The campground may take any additional reasonable steps necessary to protect guests, staff, property, operations, or legal rights.
If we do not enforce a rule immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
If any part of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This policy and any dispute related to your reservation, stay, or use of the campground will be governed by the laws of the province or territory where the campground is located and applicable Canadian law.
Unless required otherwise by law, any legal proceeding must be brought in that jurisdiction.
