Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

Campfires must be out from 1:00 am to 7:30 am.

1. All parents and/or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s actions, behaviour, and safety. All Minor Guests (Children and Dependents) Must Be at The Campsite By 11 PM.
2. Pets Must Be Kept on a leash or lead while on the property. Leashes or leads must be short enough to prevent your pet from roaming onto other campers’ lots. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their own pets.
3. Bicycles Must Not Be Ridden After Dusk Unless the Bicycle Has a Working Headlight and Rear Reflector, And the Rider Is Wearing a Helmet to Avoid Accidents and Injuries.
4. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs, 4-Wheelers, Dirt Bikes, etc.) are not allowed on the campground.
5. Only one vehicle is allowed per campsite, Maximum. One Additional Vehicle Is Permitted with an Extra Fee. Overflow Parking Is Also Available.
6. Smoking Of Cannabis Is Strictly Prohibited Within the Campground Grounds and Facilities. We Do Offer A “Designated Cannabis Smoking Area,” Which Is Located on the Entrance Road as You Enter the Park.
7. Management reserves the right to immediately evict any person whose conduct is clearly objectionable, hostile, and/or repeatedly violates park rules, at their discretion. In the event of eviction, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your reservation time.
8. Online Behaviour and Interactions on Social Media Platforms. We Kindly Remind You to Maintain Respectful Online Behaviour and Interactions on Social Media Platforms. Unprofessional Conduct Can Have Legal Ramifications and Potentially Damage Your Reputation. In The Event of Disrespectful Behaviour or Misuse of Our Positive Relationships, You May Be Asked to Vacate Our Campground Promptly and Without Prior Notice. Furthermore, Any Derogatory Comments Aimed at Our Campground Staff May Be Deemed Defamatory, And We Retain the Right to Pursue Legal Action If Necessary. We Appreciate Your Cooperation in Maintaining a Positive and Respectful Environment Between Campers and Staff.
9. Entrance On the Campground Property Constitutes Permission for The Staff to Photograph or Use Audiovisual of You and Your Children. We want To Inform You That We Reserve the Right to Use Any Resulting Photos for Lawful Purposes, Such As Media or Website Campaigns, Without Providing Compensation to you.
10. The Installation of Outdoor Monitoring or Security Cameras Is Prohibited at Campground Sites and Trailers. Security Cameras Used in the Proximity of Other Campers’ Sites May Invade Their Privacy and Potentially Breach Canadian Privacy Laws.
11. The Pool Is Unsupervised and Requires Adult Supervision for Children Under the Age Of 14. Pool rules are subject to change and can be found at the entrance to the pool area.
12. Smoking Is Prohibited in All Buildings, Including the Ranger Station, Recreation Hall, Bathhouse, All Cabins, And Trailer Rentals.
13. The Guest Assumes All Risks And Danger Incidental To The Activity Of Camping In A Rustic Outdoor Environment Including Specifically (But Not Exclusively), The Threat Of Being Injured By Insects Or Other Animals, Of Being Injured While Participating In Recreational Activities, Such As Hiking, Swimming Or Boating At The Camp-Resort Or Of Being Injured As A Result Of Inclement Weather Conditions, And Agrees That The Camp-Resort And Its Owners, Agents And Employees Are Not Liable For Injuries Or Property Damages Resulting From Such Causes.

– Reservations can be cancelled or changed at any time according to the following parameters.

– All Changes are subject to availability. We recommend that you change your reservation instead of cancelling.

– Reservation changes can’t be requested via Phone Calls or text messages.

– Reservation Change / Cancellation can be requested ONLY by emailing fun@jellystonens.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Failure to cancel a reservation will automatically result in the full charge of the reservation being applied to the method of payment used to secure the reservation.

– Camping is an outdoor experience. No refunds will be given for discomforts of nature or early departures after check-in.

– Please be advised that our campground is directly connected to Nova Scotia Power Inc.

– In the event of a power outage due to technical issues or wildfires, please note that refunds or compensations will not be provided, and the campground’s Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS.

Reservations require a 2-night minimum stay and a 3-night minimum stay on a long weekend.
