…please do yourselves and us a favor, and find a different campground to visit.

CODE OF CONDUCT

 Low-Season (LS)

May 10 – June 20 & September 02-15

High-Season (HS): 

June 21 – September 03

Weekend (WE): 

Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night

  1. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm – to 7:30 am
  2. Campfires must be out from 1:00 am – to 7:30 am.
  3. All parents and/or guardians are fully responsible for their children’s actions, behaviours, and safety.
  4. All minor guests (children/dependents) must be on a campsite after 11 pm.
  5. Pets must be kept on a leash/lead when on the property. Leashes or leads must be short enough not to allow your pet on another camper’s lot. Owners must pick up after their own pets.
  6. Bicycles must not be driven after dusk unless the bicycle has a working headlight and rear reflector and the rider is wearing a helmet to avoid accident/injury.
  7. All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs – 4 wheelers, dirt bikes, etc.) are not allowed on the campground.
  8. Only ONE vehicle is allowed per campsite, Max. One extra vehicle is allowed with an extra fee. Overflow parking is available.
  9. Smoking of CANNABIS IS PROHIBITED ON ALL PARK PROPERTY, DESIGNATED CANNABIS SMOKING AREA is located halfway down the driveway.
  10. Management reserves the right to immediately evict, at their discretion, any person whose conduct is clearly objectionable, hostile and/or repeatedly violates park rules. In the event you are evicted, no refunds will be provided for any unused reservation time.
  11. Entrance on the campground property constitutes permission for the staff to photograph or use Audio visual of you and your children. We reserve the right to use any resulting photos for any lawful purposes, such as media or website campaigns without compensation to you.
  12. The Pool is unsupervised and requires adult supervision for children under the age of 14. Pool Rules are subject to change and can be seen at the entrance to the pool area.
  13. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings including the ranger station, rec hall, bath house, all cabins and trailer rentals.

 CANCELATION / RESERVATION CHANGE POLICIES

Reservations can be cancelled or changed at any time according to the following parameters.

– An administration fee* of $15.00 plus tax* per site will be charged for any cancellation or change to a reservation.

– Guests may change or modify their reservation dates for the same number of days/value of the current reservation at any time to another date within the same booking season (Subject to availability). The administration fee* will be applied for every change made to a reservation.

Guests who cancel their reservation

MORE THAN 48 hours prior to the 3 pm check-in time will be charged a

ONE-NIGHT RATE in addition to the administration fee*.

Guests who cancel their reservation

LESS THAN 48 hours prior to the 3 pm check-in time will be charged a 

75% OF THE TOTAL RESERVATION in addition to the administration fee*.

Failure to cancel a reservation will automatically result in the full charge of the reservation being applied to the method of payment used to secure the reservation. This is considered

NO-SHOW RESERVATION.

Reservation changes can’t be requested via Phone Calls or text messages.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

No pets are allowed in or around cabins unless it is a designated pet-friendly cabin. All cabins are non-smoking.

Camping is an outdoor experience.

No refunds will be given for discomforts of nature or early departures after check-in.

Please be advised that our campground is directly connected to Nova Scotia Power Inc.

In the event of a power outage due to technical issues or wildfires, please note that refunds or compensations will not be provided, and the campground’s cancellation policies will remain in effect.

 

GENERAL CAMPSITE & CABIN POLICIES

Reservation Deposits

100% Deposit is required on Cabin/Trailer Rentals

75% Deposit is required on all Campsite Rentals

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS

Reservations require a 2-night minimum stay and a 3-night minimum stay on a long weekend.

One-night reservations can be made by emailing fun@jellystonens.com and calling the campground at 902-765-2830 and are subject to availability. (Not less than seven days to arrival)

Check-In/Out Times of the (Cabins and Campsites).

Check-In: 3:00 pm Check-Out: 11:00 am.

WE ARE NOT OFFERING (EARLY CHECK-IN) OR (LATE CHECK-OUT). 

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later than check-in/out time, please feel free. Upon arrival, please check in at the office to let us know you are here, and we can advise when your cabin/campsite will be ready; if you wish to stay later, please vacate your campsite/cabin prior to 11:00 am and park in our flow parking so you cant then enjoy the campground amenities for as long as you would like on check out day.

CABIN CLEANING/DAMAGE AND KEY RETURN POLICY

Your cabin should be your home away from home, and we want to maintain and provide a clean, smoke and pet-free environment for our guests. Please return your cabin key to the ranger station at check-out time to avoid the lost/missing key fee of $25.00.  Please leave your cabin the way you found it. We are responsible for the general cleaning of the cabin. However, your responsibility is all personal belongings, including food removal from the fridge, trash, and pet damage. A short but detailed checklist can be found inside the cabin door, so you know how to leave your cabin at check out. We understand that not everyone has the time or wants to clean up after their vacation, so don’t worry. We can take care of the cleaning for you and will apply the additional cleaning fee(s). In the event a cleaning/damage or lost/missing key fee is required, we will process the fee(s) to the credit card on file for the reservation.  We appreciate your understanding, and we hope you enjoy your stay.
