• Please, Book your site according to your trailer requirements. We don’t have a Sewer Dump Station, the nearest public Sewer Dump Station is located behind the Greenwood Mall.
• See if there are any extras you want to book at the same time, ie: are you interested in booking a bear visit for your special occasion? Weddings, graduation, birthday party or tuck-in to name a few? Please call the ranger station to make these arrangements.1-888-225-7773.

• To book a campsite, you must pay 75% of the site fees as a deposit. The cancellation policy is on this page.
• You can book cabins online here. Our online booking provider allows you to pick a cabin number; While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location.
• You must pay 100% of the Cabin or Trailer fees. The cancellation policy is on this page.
• (Book & Lock) Lock (Site/Cabin), You can guarantee your chosen location by paying a $15.00 lock fee. 
• For Group Reservations,when you are booking three or more reservations under one group,same dates. Please call the ranger station to make the reservation 1-888-225-7773.

• **FILL OUT THIS WAIVER**. This form is very important and essential to speed up your check-in process and mandatory to participate in activities. Check out the park map.
• Check out the weekend, weekday, and premium schedule for the dates you will be there, and pick out any activities you don’t want to miss. Check if there is anything you need to bring for that weekend (ie. Halloween candy for Halloween, Christmas gifts for Christmas in July)

The check in process is pretty simple provided you have all the information about your booking. Check in is anytime after 03 pm/15:00 hr’s for Tents (Serviced / Un-Serviced), Campsites, Cabins and (Motor Home / Trailer).

As you drive up please stop at our Ranger Station where you can pull over and park so you can come inside to complete your check in.

• The staff will look up your reservation and the remaining balance owing will be charged to your payment method of choice.
• If you booked a Cabins or (Motor Home / Trailer), you will not have to pay any more site fees, as they would be paid in full already when you booked.
• If you booked a Cabins or (Motor Home / Trailer), they will take down your credit card number before they give you your key (there is a $25 charge if you don’t bring the key back or You did not check your out with the required cleaning practices. ( as signed for on the cabin cleaning /key control waiver) Cabins or (Motor Home / Trailer).
• They will go over a few of the camp policies with you such as (garbage, quiet time, — etc.) and give you a package containing the Park-Map, some (garbage/recycling) bags, and a hangtag for your One Vehicle + (Extra vehicle on site if requested)
• If you did not sign the waiver ahead of time, you will have to sign it now.
• After that, you are free to go to your Campsite / Cabins or (Motor Home / Trailer) and enjoy your stay.

Check-In: 03 pm/15:00 hr’s. Check-Out: 11 pm/11:00 hr’s.

If you are staying on a campsite or Tent, check out is easy, you are free to go at anytime before 11 pm/11:00 hr’s.

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later than check-in/out time, please feel free. Upon arrival, please check in at the office to let us know you are here, and we can advise when your cabin/campsite will be ready; if you wish to stay later, please vacate your campsite/cabin prior to 11:00 am and park in our flow parking so you cant then enjoy the campground amenities for as long as you would like on check out day.
