Admittance to the park will be free on Saturday

for daytime visitors to come and enjoy all the day’s events.

Wake up the bears with the WKDHS drum line band

so bring your noise makers to play along and wake up those sleepy bears. The weekend will be filled with music, fun and games all day. It’s a great way for first-timers to check out our campground. Kids can play at the playgrounds, on the jumping pillow, or participate in organized recreation games with the Rec staff.

Enjoy Two Two Bingo Bingo of the season

Our first Mix it Up Bingo and a chocolate bar bingo of the season.

We will light up the campground with our Glow stick parade and Lightshow.

Enjoy free Ice cream Social.

Join us for a cone and start your camping season off right.

For our weekend campers,

settle in for the evening around the campfire or bring a chair and blanket to the field and enjoy a snack of hot popcorn while watching the first outdoor movie night under the stars.

  Enjoy a hillbillly-themed obstacle course and relax on our hayride around the park while spreading your country charm.

Visit our farmers market of the season.

Get up close and personal as you line dance with a bear.

It’s a great night for an outdoor movie as well,

for the occasion and come and visit.

Fill the warm afternoon air with bubbles and kites, so bring a kite to fly, and we will provide the bubbles for personal bubble blowing.

The skies should be something to see, so let’s ask for a bit of wind to help this activity get off the ground…

What’s more fun than Candy and Chocolate? Nothing! That’s why this weekend, it’s all about the sweetest things in life. Try your luck at Chocolate Bar Bingo or compete in our

Pudding eating contest!

Come and take part in our

Candy Land Obstacle course or roast marshmallows

at the Jellystone family campfire with the rec team. 

Take a swing at our Candy Pinata or craft a beautiful butterfly to satisfy your sweet tooth.

We will be selling everything sweet to build your own candy Kabob ($) or share it with a friend. 

 Enjoy a movie out under the stars!

This weekend will delight all your senses, and there will be something sweet for everyone.

Join us for a special weekend of themed activities! Come along with us and celebrate our great nation with activities such as Capture the Canadian Flag.

in concert while you are dancing under the Stars.

Our celebratION continues all weekend long on the Campground with our lIGGHt SHOW  and Glow stick parade.

Be sure to bring your light-up supplies to decorate your bikes and wagons.

We want this parade to be the season’s most enormous, brightest, and loudest parade.

Bring your decorations, flags, batons, and noisemakers

we can celebrate our nation most wonderfully.

This is a must-do weekend, and it is sure to be a fun-filled celebration weekend for all ages to enjoy!

We will have a water bucket relay challenge and an Epic Wet n’ Wild Campground Water fight where all campers meet in the field for what is sure to be an awesome time.

(13) – Aug 1st-2nd: Super Heroes (PWE-Premium Weekend-NATAL DAY-AUG-04)

Yogi Bear sure will have to be careful not to pull any of his shenanigans.

Ranger Smith has come to visit us,

and he wants to celebrate all his favourite everyday heroes!

We will have visits from local heroes throughout the weekend. Keep on the lookout for Police cars, 

Firetrucks, Ambulances, Nurses, Doctors, and Military members.

Let’s take the time to thank and learn from

Firefighters, EHS nurses, paramedics, police officers, and our military members.

If you know of a camper who is an everyday hero to you, make a badge of distinction for them to wear as we celebrate all of the heroes in our life.

We are much safer knowing they are there to support us.

Decorate your face as your favourite superhero?

Maybe it’s Spider-Man or woman, the Hulk, Batman, or Batgirl.

Play games such as tug of war, complete an obstacle course, and test your strength at Hulk Smash! Bring your inner strength and become a superhero for the weekend and beyond!

Enjoy the tunes all weekend long, showcasing live performances in every genre we can find.

Melberns a valley favourite.

Play classic favourites such as Hopscotch, four square, and rock and roll freeze tag!

Pull out your game of washer toss or ladder golf to have a friendly competition with friends and family.

Take on a competitor in the obstacle course featuring egg and spoon, up and down squats and twirly birds.

Help a Bear fill the air with Bubbles.

on our campground this weekend,

We will be blasting music from all the eras in our rec field for the afternoon.

The Flashbacks They are going to bring us back through the ages with sounds from the

50s, 60s and 70s.

(17) – Aug 29th, 30th & 31st: Athletes And Aces (LWE-Long Weekend-LABOUR DAY-Sep. 1st)

Bring your sneakers and be ready to have a fabulous weekend

full of team fun and individual sports.
